Hello, my name is Frank Coffey, and I am a Chartered Surveyor specialising in the alteration and extension of buildings; principally houses.
This is a small practice, established in 1986, dedicated to high levels of service and employing an architect, structural engineer and a planning consultant.
If you are considering altering or extending your property, anywhere in the United Kingdom or Ireland, you may wish to speak to me or one of my colleagues in order to find how we might assist you.
Having a particular interest in historic buildings, we possess all of the necessary skills in order to undertake sympathetic alteration to such buildings.
We can undertake feasibility studies, measured surveys and produce initial designs. Thereafter, we offer a full range of design and specification services. Further, we can, should you wish, arrange to carry out the proposed works, either directly, or after having obtained quotations of cost from builders and contractors.

In addition to the provision of the architectural services described above, we also offer a range of other services. These again, being generally related to the alteration and repair of buildings. They include the following:
- The undertaking of measured surveys.
- The analysis of building defects, the preparation of specifications for remedial works and the management of remedial works.
- The design and implementation of minor works of alteration, such as forming or closing openings in structural walls and the removal of chimney breasts.
